Why don’t you list prices on your website?
We specialize in wholesale orders, and every project we do is different. Pricing varies based on quantity and type of customization. By not listing prices, we can provide our clients with competitive rates. To get an estimate on your project, please reach out to us.
What are your order minimums?
For jackets, jumpsuits, pants, and aprons, the minimum order is 25 units per style and per color. All shirts require a minimum order of 75 units per style and per color. For example: if you order our Service Jacket in Navy, the minimum order is 25. If you want that same jacket in Olive Green, you would need to order an additional 25. However, you can choose any size within the 25-unit minimum.
Can we order samples?
Yes, of course. Please let us know what style and size you would like. We require a credit card number in case you love them a little too much.
I want to customize one of your products, how does it work?
Once you’ve selected the style, send us an email. We’ll help you select a color and finalize branding details. We have over 200 colors to choose from–and can also custom-dye fabrics to match any Pantone shade. For branding, we offer embroidery, screen-printing, chain-stitching, as well as patches and woven labels.
What are the artwork requirements?
We require vectorized artwork files in .AI, .EPS, or .PDF format. If your design includes text, please make sure all fonts are outlined. You must own the rights to all images and artwork that is sent to us.
What type of materials do you use?
All of our custom uniforms and merchandise are made using ethically sourced materials, including recycled buttons, GOTS-certified organic cotton, lyocell, and 100% cotton. Additionally, our plastic packaging is recycled. Sustainability is important to us.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes, all of our size charts are available via email. If you have any additional questions about fit, feel free to contact us.
I’ve just placed my order, when will I receive it?
Lead times vary depending on order size and customization. Typically, delivery takes 4–6 weeks from payment. If you need your order sooner, let us know—we’ll always do our best to accommodate. We can also provide an estimate on when items will ship.
Can I place an order for one jacket?
We get this question all the time and we love to see it but unfortunately, we are not a retail company and only offer items wholesale. If you want your favorite retailer to carry our products, please have them contact us.
We’d like to carry your products in our retail space, do you supply to stores?
